- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, specifically in chat or email support, is a plus.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to cover holidays if needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
