Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by clarifying the problem, advising on the best product/service solution, and performing troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with technical questions, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company scripts.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support (remote or in-office).
- Excellent written English skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to multitask and switch between multiple chat windows efficiently.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
