Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
