Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist with general inquiries regarding services and products.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our proprietary software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure a pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
- Assist in organizing inventory and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve minor customer complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the Shift Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
