As a Weekend Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our store operates smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on service recovery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required; we provide full training.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
