Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend management team to ensure store goals are met and safety protocols are followed.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential for this role.
