Job Overview:
As a Weekend Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers have a seamless shopping experience, answer inquiries, and drive sales. We value reliability and a positive attitude above all else.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and customer service goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A reliable internet connection for onboarding (if applicable).
