Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
