Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows with precision, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and assist with replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols during shifts.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Proven history of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
