Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise store displays to maintain a clean, appealing, and on-brand environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
