Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Update customer account information accurately in our internal databases.
- Follow established scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
