Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for a first-contact resolution rate.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues and identify trends for process improvement.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company policies and scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
