Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Document interactions accurately in customer management systems
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (call time, CSAT, resolution rates)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in a BPO or retail setting
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
