Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently while maintaining high CSAT scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution times and quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced weekend shift settings
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy
