Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts
- Process transactions and resolve billing issues with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Uphold company standards for service quality and brand representation
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend team meetings for performance alignment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if field visits required)
- Background check clearance mandatory
