Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even during difficult conversations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is highly desirable.

- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
