- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, including weekend availability and attendance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as scheduled.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs office.
