Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding billing, technical support, and general inquiries.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
- Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company products to enhance customer value.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
