Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Accurately update customer information, track orders, and maintain detailed digital records within the CRM system.
- Inventory Support: Assist in reconciling weekend inventory counts and preparing shipment labels as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Process Adherence: Follow all company protocols, safety guidelines, and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
