Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for our software platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless operations continuity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets and provide feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new part-time staff members during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical support is a plus.
