We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are available to work full-time weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and friendly demeanor.
- Update customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in the CRM system efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational workflows.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety protocols.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or specific weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
