Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing (40+ WPM), and basic software applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
