Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Calls: Manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints to ensure 100% satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, account details, and resolutions into our CRM database.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not required for top candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating web browsers, and email).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
