Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or previous college coursework is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
