Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies and product features.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware for remote or hybrid options.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
