Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (Paid Training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
