Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to clients in the Florida region.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space if remote.
