Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate department promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (remote or in-office).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
