Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during peak call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
