Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
