Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers through solutions.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
