Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing issues efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet home office space.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time schedule.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate computer applications.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
