Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding product inquiries and account status.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate, detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high team standards.
