Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or billing issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically including weekends.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (if remote).
