Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues and process transactions with accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Houston location
