Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and via phone/email during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Train on new product knowledge and service protocols
- Maintain clean, organized store environment during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with basic technology and POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license for occasional supply runs
