Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via phone/email
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards
- Train new weekend staff as needed
- Report operational issues to management
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte or Georgia locations
