Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details within our CRM database.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing, order status, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service quality.
- Adhere strictly to all company scripts, compliance policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during high-pressure periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
