What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues with patience and accuracy, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Access and update customer accounts and support tickets in our CRM database.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality and operational efficiency.
- Document detailed notes on all interactions for future reference.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
