Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Document detailed interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to troubleshoot escalated issues and improve service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, software, and service policies.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk roles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
