Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown, including setting up tables, chairs, and promotional materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event space throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with attendees to answer questions and promote brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the event management team to address any issues or guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
- Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
