Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and event support to attendees
- Manage event registration, ticket scanning, and guest check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain event brand visibility
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and venue maintenance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Report issues and provide real-time feedback to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (5am-11pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth event locations
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
