Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up/break down event equipment and signage
- Process ticket scans and manage entry points
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support
- Maintain clean event spaces throughout shifts
- Report issues to on-site supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass basic background screening
- Valid government-issued ID required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
