Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site execution of weekend corporate and social events
- Manage vendor relationships and setup/breakdown logistics
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during events
- Handle client communications and real-time issue resolution
- Conduct post-event reporting and venue restoration
- Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment
- Adhere to venue safety protocols and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10am-10pm shifts)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for venue transport)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
