Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup and execution of weekend events (festivals, weddings, corporate functions)
- Manage vendor relationships and on-site logistics
- Suppose event staff and ensure smooth operations
- Handle client communications and resolve issues in real-time
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct post-event evaluations and documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor under pressure
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach event venues preferred
