Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup, breakdown, and management of weekend retail events and pop-up shops.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing to effectively sell to customers.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and payment terminals accurately and efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the event shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
