Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers of all ages.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
