Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist in store setup, stocking inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to management.
- Uphold company brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the NYC location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
