Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse audiences at festivals and corporate events
- Manage ticket scanning, merchandise sales, and vendor coordination
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols across all event sites
- Train and support part-time weekend staff during peak events
- Compile post-event reports with attendance and feedback metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or event staffing
- Availability to work full-time schedule (Saturdays & Sundays only)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
