Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including stages, seating, and signage
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Execute safety protocols and emergency response procedures as needed
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event operations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report equipment issues
- Support post-event cleanup and venue restoration tasks
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue travel
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
- Availability for occasional holiday events (Thanksgiving/Christmas weekends)
